Create account here https://portal.azure.com and log in it will display following dashboard

 

Click On  Azure Active Directory Tab 

Now It will Open Following window and click on App registration.

Create new Application registration

Now Go to App Page and click on Required permission.

Add Required Permission as Below

Now you have to click on Grant Permissions

Now you can get  client_id  as  Application ID
