Getting Support

How AsterCTI Helpdesk Works

1. Register or Login

New to AsterCTI? Create a Customer Portal account. Already a customer? Simply log in.

2. Open Helpdesk

Once inside the Customer Portal, open the Helpdesk section to view or start a request.

3. Create a Ticket

Describe your issue and attach screenshots, logs or files if they help explain it.

4. Track & Communicate

Follow replies from our support team and track your ticket status from the portal.

For New Customers

  1. Create a Customer Portal account.
  2. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  3. Open Helpdesk.
  4. Create a New Ticket.
  5. Describe the issue and attach screenshots, logs or files if useful.
  6. Track the ticket and replies from the portal.

For Existing Customers

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Open Helpdesk.
  3. View your existing tickets.
  4. Reply to support or create a new ticket when needed.
  5. Track ticket status and updates.
  6. View or download available attachments.
